If something published on this site should not be here, this page explains how to tell me and what I do next. I read every notice myself.

Non-consensual content, or content involving a minor

This case does not wait. If you appear in content you did not agree to, or if anything here involves someone under 18, I take it down as soon as I read your message — without asking you for proof first, and without arguing. Write to me with the link and the word “urgent” in the subject. You can write to me directly at legal@leostromx.com.

What can be reported

A work published without the permission of its rights holder; an image or video in which you appear without having consented; a comment that defames you or discloses your personal data; and any unlawful content. Partner studio videos are served from the studios’ own platforms: if your complaint concerns one of them, I forward it to the studio and pull the video from the catalogue while it is settled.

How to send a notice

Give me the exact page link, which content specifically, why it should not be published, and how I can reply to you. For a copyright claim, tell me on what basis you hold or represent those rights. A notice without a link cannot be handled: it is the one thing I cannot guess. You can write to me directly at legal@leostromx.com.

What I do with your notice

I acknowledge it, examine the content, and act without delay where the illegality is plain. Where it is not, I ask for what is missing before deciding, and I tell you what I decided. I keep a record of every notice and of what I did about it, because that record is what lets me show I acted.

If I take down something of yours

I tell you, and I tell you why. If you believe I got it wrong, reply and explain: I restore content when the explanation holds. Taking something down as a precaution does not mean I hold you at fault.

If my answer does not satisfy you

You can go to the courts, and for personal data matters to the Spanish Data Protection Agency. This page replaces neither: it gives you a faster route, not fewer rights.
